Consultations of the Central Apparatus of the MFA of the Republic of Armenia and the heads of diplomatic representations started in Yerevan

On March 2, in Yerevan at the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs started its work the regular meeting of the Central Apparatus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia accredited in foreign countries, Permanent representatives to the international organizations and Consul Generals.

The meeting was opened by Serj Sargsyan, the President of Armenia, who delivered a programmatic statement. President of the Republic answered to numerous questions of the participants of the Ambassadorial meeting.

Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian delivered a speech at the second part of the Ambassadorial meeting. The speech of the Minister was followed by discussions on the issues of the foreign policy agenda.

On the occasion of the Diplomat’s day, Edward Nalbandian awarded a number of employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with awards.
