 On August 28 Artashes Toumanian, Ambassador of Armenia to Iran, had a meeting with Majid Rajabi-Memar, Director General of Iranian Artists Forum. In the beginning, Ambassador Toumanian expressed his gratitude to Rajabi-Memar for lending his support to Armenian Movie Week in Iran which was held from July 23 to 29 and noted that the Embassy planned to organize this event on an annual basis.
Majid Rajabi-Memar agreed with Ambassador’s proposal and expressed his rediness to jointly implement such initiatives.
The interlocutors particularly discussed ways of expanding cooperation in music, theatre, art and other fields.
Counsellor Sahak Yeghiazaryan and Ambassador’s assistant Norayr Mehrabyan were also present in the meeting.
