Ambassador Toumanian Received the Author of the Book "The Armenian Genocide and the 100-year-old Press of Iran"

On September 20, Mr. Artashes Toumanian - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Islamic Republic of Iran, received Mrs. Rozik Der Avanessyan, head of “Avang” publishing house and author of the book "Armenian Genocide and 100 Year-old Press of Iran".

During the conversation, Ambassador Toumanian spoke about the current growing relations between Armenia and Iran in the sphere of science, education sport and culture and also stressed the importance of developing those relations.

Mrs. Der Avanessyan presented the brief contents of her book, spoke about the goals and possible results of that initiative expressing willingness to assist the Embassy in deepening the cultural relations between the two neighbouring countries.
