Event in Honor of Painter and Benefactor Sedrak Nazaryan

On November 29, under the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in the Islamic Republic of Iran an event in honor of Mr. Sedrak Nazaryan - Iranian-Armenian painter, restorer and benefactor, was organized.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Artashes Toumanian - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, talked about the biography and creative activity of the Honored Artist. Mr. Ambassador also mentioned about a number of art works, including the restoration of the wall paintings of the Monastery o
f Saint Saviour in Isfahan.

Mr. Arin Karimyan – the representative of ''Hayastan'' All Armenian Fund in Iran, expressed his gratitude.

Mr. Joseph Mehrabyan - President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Armenian Diocese of Tehran and Mr. Varuj Hovhannisyan – Vice-Chairman of the Diocesan Council of the Armenian Diocese of Tehran and the diplomatic staff of the Embassy participated in the event too.
