Ambassador of Armenia Met Energy Minister of Iran

On September 19, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Artashes Toumanian, had a meeting with the Minister of Energy of Iran and the co-chair of the Joint Armenia-Iran intergovernmental Commission, Reza Ardakanian.

Mr. Ambassador presented some explanation regarding the session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and the international forum of “The Transit Potential of the Eurasian Continent”.

Both sides exchanged views concerning issues of the agreement between EEC and Iran and the relevant obligations of the sides, the fulfilling of the agenda of the 16th Joint Armenia - Iran Intergovernmental Commission and the project of constructing the 3rd power transmission line from Armenia to Iran.
