Armenian Ambassador Received Representatives of “Akoonk” Center

On October 29, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr. Toumanian, received guests from “Akoonk” mentally retarded children center. The guests were former principal of the center Mrs. Anguineh Markarian and the newly appointed principal Mrs. Vanoosh Tevanian.

Mr. Ambassador hailed the guests appreciating their efforts in this regard, he pointed out their honorable and humanitarian mission in concerning the activities of the center.

The Armenian Ambassador expressed his appreciation from Mrs. Markarian for her endeavours while serving in the center and congratulated Mrs. Tevanian in her new task. He wished health for pupils in “Akoonk” and success for the whole staff of the center.

Mr. Ambassador gave his assurance to continue the contributions of the Armenian Embassy to the center.
