“Geopolitics of South Caucasus” round table in FWS of Tehran University

On May 8, by the initiative of the Embassy of the R. of Armenia in the I.R. of Iran a discussion roundtable was held in the Faculty of World Studies of Tehran University, the topic was “Geopolitics of South Caucasus”. Prof. Davit Hovhannisyan, president of the Center for Political Studies from The Yerevan State University and Prof. Ruben Karapetyan, lecturer in the Armenian-Russian (Slavonic) University delivered speeches. The session started by welcome speech of Dr. Mehdi Sanaei, CEO of IRAS studies center and former ambassador, who had his speech on the topic as well.

2- Geopolitics of South Caucasus, the actors and interests, by: Ruben Karapetyan

3- South Caucasus - Middle East Nexus, view from Yerevan, by: Davit Hovhannisyan

The last part of the panel was Q&A and discussion.
