Armenian Ambassador honored by “Qand- e Parsi” award

The commemoration ceremony of "Hakim Abul-qasem Ferdowsi" the poet of the epic Persian masterpiece “Shahnameh” and the preservation of the Persian language along with the debut of the "Qand-e Parsi" award was held on May 13 in Tehran's Roudaki Hall.

Mohammad Mahdi Esmaili, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Gholam Ali Haddad Adel, the Head of the Persian Language and Literature Academy, representatives of diplomatic missions in Tehran and experts attended the ceremony.

Arsen Avagyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the R. of Armenia was honored by "Qand-e Parsi" award in this event.
