FAM trip to the I.R. of Iran

On June 11, upon the invitation of Morteza Abedin Varamin, consul general of the I.R. of Iran in Kapan, Bagrat Zakaryan, governor of Meghri in Armenia, heading a delegation consisting the municipality staff and students of senior schools of 15 districts of Meghri had a familiarization trip to the I.R. of Iran.

During the tour the Armenian delegation visited Araz Free trade-industrial Zone and the authorities, Aras UNESCO Global Geopark and the staff and the personalities from Iranian Armenian community as well.

The Armenian guests were received by the Prelate of the Armenian Atrpatakan prelacy Grigor Chiftchian attending the Armenian Badarak rite presided by the Archbishop in St. Stepanos Monastery.
