“NAVASARD” the Armenian-Iranian Cultural Culinary Festival

On August 10 in the beautiful city of Sisian, Syunik region people will come toghether to immerse themselves in the vibrant traditions of Navasard. This annual festival is a delightful fusion of Armenian and Iranian cultures, showcasing their rich heritage and cuisine.

During the festival, the Armenian and Iranian teams participating in the festival will prepare and present rich history and diverse flavors of their cuisines in beautifully decorated pavilions. Singing, dancing, music, works of art, handicrafts will be presented in the pavilions and music zones.

The festival is organized by the Armenian Tourism Federation and the "Development and Preservation of Armenian Culinary Traditions" NGO, with the support of the Tourism Committee of the Ministry of Economy of RA and in cooperation with Syunik Marzpetaran, Sisian Municipality, Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Iran, Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Armenia and Cultural Center of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Republic of Armenia.
