17th Armenia- Iran Joint Economic Committee meeting kicked off on May 12, 2022 in Yerevan by co-chairs of both countries, Mher Grigoryan, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister and Ali-Akbar Mehrabian, Iranian Energy Minister.

17th Armenia- Iran Joint Economic Committee meeting kicked off on May 12, 2022 in The Yereven by co-chairs of both countries, Mher Grigoryan, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister and Ali-Akbar Mehrabian, Iranian Energy Minister.

In his speech Mher Grigoryan, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister, stressed on the bilateral agreements on transportation and energy fields and the will of two countries to boost the cooperation in the fields of trade, manufacture, health, education, culture, tourism, agriculture and advanced technology as well.

Ali-Akbar Mehrabian, Energy Minister of the I.R. of Iran expressed his satisfaction on Armenia- Iran cooperation which is on a high level since the bilateral economic relations have been improved comparing to the past years adding that there are more potentials to develop Armenia- Iran trade relations than the current situation.

The meeting was concluded by signing an MOU.
