One of the First Results of “Armenia EXPO 2016” Exhibition in Tehran

The meeting with the leadership of "SOUTH CAUCASUS RAILWAY" Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) and International Transport Companies Association of Iran held in the framework of "Armenia EXPO 2016" Exhibition among numerous meetings and discussions of Ambassador Toumanian were of particular importance.
It should be noted that today the first result of these discussions has already been achieved. SCR CJSC in cooperation with Armenian, European, Georgian and Iranian companies organized a transit multimodal transportation of a 40 ft container from Europe to Iran through Armenia for the first time. The container was delivered from Poti to Yeraskh railway station in 38 hours.
