Governor of Mazandaran Province visited the Embassy

On September 21 Rabifalah Jelowdar, Governor of Mazandaran Province of Iran, paid a visit to the Embassy of Armenia in Tehran. Governor Jelowdar congratulated the Armenian Ambassador and Embassy Staff on the occasion of 26th Anniversary of Independence of Armenia.
Ambassador Toumanian expressed his gratitude to Governor Jelowdar for his kind attitude and congratulatory message.
The interlocutors discussed the process of realization of agreements reached during Armenian Ambassador’s visit to Mazandaran in July of the current year. Particularly, issues related to joint economic projects, tourism development and regional cooperation were touched on. Ambassador Toumanian proposed organizing Governor’s visit to Armenia which was welcomed by the latter.
