Armenian Ambassador Received the Pupils of “Mkhitar Sebasdatsi” Secondary Educational Complex

On October 17, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the I.R of Iran, Artashes Toumanian, received a group of pupils of “Mkhitar Sebasdatsi” secondary educational complex from Yerevan, who had traveled to Iran in the framework of “Bridges” project.

Based on the project, the Armenian pupils traveled to Tehran and Isfahan, visiting cultural attractions, meeting the students and officials in both communities.

Mr. Ambassador, while appreciating the pupils for their travel plan, in his persuasive remarks pointed out the Armenian-Iranian relations and the friendship of these two nations. His Excellency stressed the relations and efforts done in the fields of culture and education.

The guests also presented to the Ambassador some information about their visits with the students and established friendship between them and their visits from cultural sites.

In the last part of the reception, the pupils had some performances singing songs from Komitas.
