On July 25, 2022 Arsen Avagyan, Ambassador of the R. of Armenia to the I. R. of Iran met with Vahid Haddadi Asl, Iranian deputy minister of Science, Research and Technology.

During the meeting two sides exchanged views on mutually interested issues such as creating experts working group for scientific cooperation, planning for the visit of the Armenian Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports to the I.R. of Iran, and visit of the Iranian delegation from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology to the R. of Armenia, officially recognition of the certificates issued by universities and higher academic centers of both countries.
