Grigor Hakobyan, Armenian Ambassador to Iran, met with Vahid Jalalzadeh, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Consular, Parliamentary and Iranian Affairs.

Issues of cooperation in the consular sphere were discussed, both sides emphasized the need to further develop of interparliamentary cooperation, activating the existing contacts and underscored their readiness to activate people-to-people contacts.

Referring to legal issues concerning citizens of the Republic of Armenia and the Islamic Republic of Iran, the parties emphasized the importance of holding consultations in this regard.

The interlocutors emphasized the need to further develop interparliamentary cooperation and intensify existing contacts.
